You will own our internal operations, the processes, and executive reporting that keep NeuroNation running well as we grow, you will also act as the primary operational interface to our holding group. Simultaneously, you will set the talent strategy and run the searches that matter most; you'll own retention and the day-to-day of people operations; and you'll be senior enough to represent People and Operations topics in our reporting to the holding group. It's a build role: you'll shape these functions from the ground up.
What you'll own
Talent strategy & function-building: Define how NeuroNation attracts, assesses and hires. Improve or build the processes, playbook and team - starting with hiring an office and talent coordinator / junior recruiter.
Hands-on full-cycle hiring: Personally run searches for our most critical and hardest-to-fill roles, from intake to offer.
Employee retention & engagement: Own initiatives that keep our people growing and staying - from onboarding through development, feedback culture and retention strategy.
People operations: Run the employee lifecycle and core HR processes smoothly and compliantly, in coordination with the wider team.
Leadership partnership & management team: Work along the management team and bring People topics into strategic decisions.
Shareholder reporting and coordination: Support recurring reporting to our holding group - covering headcount, hiring metrics, and related people and business topics
Employer brand & candidate experience: Own how candidates and employees experience NeuroNation, and how we show up in the Berlin and digital-health talent markets.
Internal processes & operational excellence: Map how work actually flows across the company, find where it breaks, and rebuild it. Own the operating cadence planning cycles, goal setting, management meetings, decision-making structures and make sure they produce results rather than overhead.
Shareholder & group reporting: Own recurring reporting to our holding group business KPIs, headcount, hiring metrics, budget performance, and operational updates. Be the reliable single point of contact for group requests, and translate between what the group needs and what the business can deliver.
Manage the Customer Care team: Drive performance, mentor team members, and ensure our customers receive top-tier support.
Governance, compliance & internal controls: Maintain sound internal controls, purchasing and approval policies, payroll processing, expense management, contracts, and vendor relationships.
