Your mission

About the Role


Location: Berlin, Germany (Full-time, On-site)

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Talent Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts and help deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This is a crucial on-site role that keeps our hiring processes running smoothly and ensures every candidate and new hire feels welcomed from day one. 


Key Responsibilities


  • Review incoming CVs for key requirements and support the initial screening process.

  • Manage scheduling for interviews, calls, and meetings between candidates and interviewers.

  • Maintain consistent follow-up with all parties (candidates, hiring leads, interviewers) and route queries to the appropriate personnel.

  • Coordinate logistical details for the recruitment process, including booking meeting rooms for in-person interviews and welcoming candidates on-site.

  • Perform active sourcing of candidates based on clear, defined instructions from the Senior Recruiter.

Your profile

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a talent coordination, recruiting coordination, or similar HR support role.
  • Fluency in German is mandatory (native or C1/C2 level) to handle office communications and German-specific tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 3 days/week on-site in Berlin.
  • Proficiency in common scheduling and applicant tracking tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
